Reflection

What is your plan today to create & begin your PSA using your storyboard? What did you do today on your PSA? What is your plan for next time? What grade would you give yourself using your attitudes in technology Criterion F.

My plan to create and begin the PSA is to get together with my teammate Daniela Ramirez and discuss with each other our ideas. I'd really like it if we could cooperate well and agree on what story we'd like to use for the PSA. I plan to discuss my ideas and set reachable goals on our project. By communicating as a team and working together, creating this PSA will be easier. Today, we each will create a storyboard of our ideas and then try to mix them together.
Today we discussed out ideas. Daniela had some rally good ideas on the PSA. She wants to do a story of a person receiving a phone call from a company. That person gives them their personal information and later tells her husband who informs her that the company was fake. SHe then files and identity theft report to the police. I think it's a good idea but I want to include my part in the story as well. Instead of a husband and wife story, I'd like to use us as the person the identity is stolen from. Identity theft can happen to anyone and it is something everyone should be aware about. I'd like to do a story of a student whose identity is stolen and finds out about it when they attempt to apply for a student loan but it's rejected because of their bad credit reports.
Using the Attitudes in Technology Criterion F Rubric, I would give myself a 100 because Daniela and i are working well together to make the PSA the best it can be. By communicating and respecting each others ideas, we are able to advance in the creation of the PSA. We've got out ideas down and we need to organize ourselves so that in our next class we are able to start the storyboard to the actual video. We can also gather props and get all the actors needed for the completion of the PSA. I look forward to working with my teammate and making a beast video to raise awareness on IDentity Theft and help people be prepared against thieves.
